Why California is a good place?

California, since the gold rush of 1848, has became one of the most famous place in the United States. People from all over the world went to this land to look for opportunities and prosperity, and majority of them were satisfied with their success. People therefore give California a nickname: “Golden State”.

California is the third largest state in the U.S., next only to Alaska and Texas. It has almost 100 million acres of land, which is nestled along the Pacific Ocean with a coastline of 1,264 miles stretching from the Oregon border in the north to the Mexican border in the south. California is very diversified in culture, citizens are of different ethnic backgrounds, for example, Asian, European, Hispanic, Native American and African American. California has four different climate zones, in which every person could find a region whom he likes.

Real estates is well developed in California, regardless the mountains and deserts within the state. There is a famous upscale resort community in the Colorado Desert – Palm Springs. It is known for its warm winter sunshine and the star-studded population. There are more upscale communities in the Bay Area and Central Valley. Mediam scale can be found on upland areas or outlying communities.

People in California can always find business opportunities nearby. Employment and business opportunities are among the highest in the nation because of the well developed industries.

Tourism is one of the major industry of California. There are a lot of world class tourist spots within the state, for example, Disneyland, Hollywood, Golden Gate Bridge and Sea World.

California is also famous for its professional sports team in different leagues. Sports fans should list the following teams: the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors in NBA; Dodgers, Padres, Giants, Angels and Athletics in MLB; 49ers, Chargers, Raiders, Mighty Ducks and Kings in NFL.

With its natural beauty, coupled with teeming opportunities, living in the state of California promises a future worth spending in.
